We are writing this letter as a reference and referral for Geri Sparks and Classy Chattels. We are pleased to recommend Geri to anyone contemplating the sale of family belongings. Recently, Geri helped us sell the many items my parents had collected over the years (which were numerous due to the fact that they had lived in their home for nearly 60 years and each had various collections in addition to many antiques).From the beginning we found her to be very accommodating and sensitive to our needs and desires. She went out of her way to listen to and work with us and kept us well-informed. The items we sold ranged from valuable antiques to regular household items - and Geri was great at determining which was which!
Geri and her team spent days organizing and pricing the items and held an Estate sale over two weekends. She was aware of the market values of the different items and which would be desired by collectors. She also knew which items would sell better online and took care of that for us. We went by the sales several times over the two weekends and despite the large crowds, they were able to keep everything running smoothly. We were impressed by the interaction of Geri and her team with the
customers and the dealers -- everyone seemed to be enjoying the sale.We appreciated that she provided a detailed spreadsheet of the final tallies so we could see the results on paper. We consider ourselves fortunate to have found Geri Sparks of Classy Chattels to handle our Estate sale.
